How fast can I get started?+
Onboarding is quick. We learn your role, write your ads, and get them live — most clients launch in an afternoon and start seeing candidate activity within days.
How many platforms do you actually post to?+
Your job ads are distributed across 100+ job boards and niche networks, and we typically run 3 to 10 ads per client at the same time.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?+
No. There are no long-term contracts. The membership is month to month at $500 per month, plus a one-time $250 setup fee.
What kind of results should I expect?+
The service is built to deliver 30 to 100 recruiting leads per month. Hiring outcomes depend on your market, your role, your compensation, and how consistently you work the pipeline.
Which industries do you serve?+
Real estate, insurance, solar and door-to-door sales, mortgage, and home services. New industries are being added — reach out if yours is not listed.
Do candidates pay anything?+
Never. Frank Bernardo Recruiting is paid by client companies. Candidates are never charged for access to job opportunities.
